Born in Havana City, Cuba. Graduated from the University of Havana, Cuba as a Law Degree, homologated at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. She speaks fluent Spanish and English. She has extensive experience in Civil, Criminal, Administrative, International Trade. She has participated in seminars and diploma courses on the Migration laws of the Dominican Republic, and the Immigration and Naturalization Law (INA) of the United States, as well as consular processes for Europe, Canada and Latin America. She has been a member of the National Union of Jurists of Cuba and Consultant at the level of work of students of the Degree in Law at the University of Havana. She has conducted research on the criminological incidence of crime in the adolescent population, taking into consideration the criteria of race, age, social background, level of schooling, place of residence, family relations and others in the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of the City of Havana, Cuba and also Study of the Psychological Impact of the Time of Reclusion in the Penal Population, City of Havana, Cuba.
